The Atlantic high pressure system will continue to generate mostly moderate easterly winds across the region. Patches of low level clouds drifting with the wind flow will cause brief isolated showers.
Seas are expected to peak near 8 feet before subsiding Friday night. Small craft operators and sea bathers should continue to exercise caution, especially along the northern and eastern shores.
