PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten – Two young men identified with initials A.L. and U.T. were arrested by police on Sunday August 4th after they were caught in the act stealing a scooter from a local garage.
Both suspects were taken to the Police Head Quarters in Philipsburg and remain in custody for questioning and further investigation.
