THE HAGUE, WILLEMSTAD – The Dutch government is allocating nearly 24 million euros extra for the reception of Venezuelan refugees on Curacao and Aruba.
This can be deducted from spring memorandum that came out this week. The extra funds apply following the requests from both countries for more assistance with the flow of migrants from Venezuela.
The specific spending of the money is in the hands of the Undersecretary of the Interior and Kingdom Relations Raymond Knops.
