PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten – The Harmonics, the praise & worship band of the Philipsburg Methodist Church has been diligently practicing long hours for their upcoming concert over the last 2 months. The number of songs that the Harmonics will be playing are at least 18, of which the majority are completely new songs and have never yet been heard or played in public by the band. The theme of the concert is “Praising in Harmony, The Sequel” and the band is urging the general public to coming out at support this worthy cause while praising God.
This upcoming fundraising gospel concert in aid of the Philipsburg Methodist Church will take place on Saturday, November 2th at 7:30pm and the venue is the Princess Port de Plaisance Pavilion. Guest artists include Cecil Griffith, Raymond Benjamin, Benjamin Bell and two dance groups.
Tickets are still available at Big D’s Photo Studio, Van Dorp, The Family Bookstore, Adolphus Richardson Office Supplies, Philipsburg Methodist Church Office and from any Harmonics Band member for $ 20 or NAF 36.Proceeds from this exciting gospel concert will go towards the music ministry of the Philipsburg Methodist Church on Front Street. The church is on the list of National Monuments on St. Maarten
