Willemstad, Curaçao – This survey is carried out by RE-Quest Research & Consultancy, an independent research bureau based in Curaçao, on behalf of the CBCS. You will receive a personal invitation from RE-Quest to complete an online survey of 10 minutes. The survey is anonymous.
RE-Quest reports to CBCS based on group level, which means that the information cannot be traced back to a specific organization or person in order to guarantee the anonymity of the stakeholders. After completion of the stakeholder survey and the analysis of the results, the CBCS will again share the results with the public.
We would like to gain insight into the current general impression of the CBCS, but the survey also addresses more specific themes, such as the performance of the various core tasks, the approachability of CBCS, transparency, the professionalism of employees and the communication style of CBCS.
The last stakeholder survey of 2020 provided important insights for the strategic agenda and activities of the CBCS. One of the things that emerged from the investigation was to prioritize the structural problems at Girobank and Ennia. An energetic approach to these two problem institutions was seen as important to strengthen the confidence in the CBCS as an organization. Another focus was the
need to improve the bank’s response time and communication. Finally, more attention was drawn to innovation and improvement of payment systems.
The new survey should show whether the image of the CBCS as an organization has changed and what new points of attention stakeholders see for the central bank in Curaçao and Sint Maarten.
The survey is conducted among 16 stakeholder groups, including: supervised institutions, fellow supervisors, interest groups, government organizations, international organizations, training institutes and the media. We would also like to hear your opinion: with the results we can improve our services to you.
For a reliable measurement and comparison, it is very important that all stakeholder groups participate in this survey. We therefore ask for your cooperation and thank you very much for your time.
