POND ISLAND, Sint Maarten – TelEm Group technicians and engineers will be carrying out an emergency
maintenance window of internet-related equipment at 11:00 pm tonight (Monday).
During the one hour allotted for the works, internet services will be operating intermittently for a brief period, after which normal service will resume.
TelEm Group says there is a potential for the company’s internet service to become seriously affected unless the maintenance window is taken right away, hence the announcement to the general public late Monday night.
The company says further it will be carrying out the works with the least impact possible to customers and the general public, and meantime has apologized to both any inconvenience caused from the sudden notice and emergency nature of the maintenance window.
