WILLEMSTAD – The police are looking for 33-year-old Julio Alberto Guerrero, also known as “Kuchi”. He is suspected of involvement in the murder of Werner Mingeli on September 27, 2016 on Erosweg.
The suspect has tattoos on both arms and his last known home address is Seru Fortunaweg 182.
Those who have more information about Guerrero are requested to contact the police at 917 or anonymously at 108.
