PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten – On Monday September 16th 2019 about 09.45, the police patrol arrested the notorious burglar A.R. on the Water front road. The suspect was taken into custody after burglarizing 2 businesses in the area of Cole-Bay.
After being detained he was brought over to the police station in Philipsburg where he being held for questioning.
