WILLEMSTAD – Leader of the opposition party MFK and former Prime Minister of Curaçao Gilmar “Pik” Pisas is infected with the COVID-19 virus. The party informed this out in a press release.
Pisas already had symptoms last Thursday and today it turned out that his test result was positive. The MFK management canceled all meetings where Pisas had to be present. All his direct contacts have also been quarantined. Furthermore, the MFK asks everyone who has been in contact with Pisas to contact the health department authorities about this.
