PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten – The St. Maarten general pension fund
administrator, APS, is preparing to host its 2019 pension fund seminar, which will take place on June 28. APS participants and pensioners are asked to save the date and attend this very important event. The event will be in keeping with the fund’s commitment to provide its APS participants, pensioners and other community stakeholders informed and engaged. The highlights of the seminar will include elaborations on the pension reform
process, strategic plan, projects, and financial updates.
The seminar will have a series of presentations where APS representatives will elaborate on the ongoing and future plans of the pension fund. APS would like to bring more awareness to its participants on the operations of the pension fund from a strategic view down to the day-to-day operations that affect the development of the fund. The event is designed to not only be informative but also provide feedback moments to give those interested, an opportunity to ask questions.
It is expected that many questions will be raised about the pending pension reform process and pension in general, and APS looks forward to providing these updates during the seminar. APS participants and pensioners in particular are asked to attend the seminar in order to stay informed. Therefore, we also ask that employers give their employees the opportunity to attend this very important and informative seminar.
