COLE BAY, Sint Maarten – The Rotary Club of St. Martin Sunset on Sunday June 23rd, inducted four new members to the club at the Change of Board Ceremony held at Melange Restaurant at Port de Plaisance. Joining Rotary Sunset are Daniella Hodge, Patrice Gumbs, Sunil Jiandani and Kyla Marrishaw. All inductees took the oath and were sworn in by President Jaida Nisbett.
Classified within Rotary as Administration, Daniella Hodge, currently employed as an Administrative Assistant at the Grant Thornton Sint Maarten.
Patrice Gumbs classifies as Government Relations within Rotary and is employed as a Senior Policy Advisor at the Department of Foreign Relations within the Government of St. Maarten.
Sunil Jiandani classifies as Banking Services within Rotary and is a Loan Officer at The Windward Island Bank (WIB).
Kyla Marrishaw classifies as Food and Beverage within Rotary and is the Managing Director of Edible Gifts and Things.
The newly inducted members exemplify the Rotary motto “Service above Self,” and from inception have demonstrated the ability to go over and beyond to plan and execute projects in the benefit of our community. They have shown their enthusiasm and pride in becoming a Rotarian.
