SYNOPSIS:
Lingering moisture associated with a
departing tropical wave continues to move across the region producing isolated
showers mainly south of the local area. Meanwhile a plume of Saharan dust is
drifting over the northeastern Caribbean. As a result, fair and hazy skies can
be expected with minimal precipitation during this forecast period. Persons
with allergies and/or respiratory illnesses should continue to take the
necessary precautions.
Slight to moderate marine conditions are expected with waves peaking near 6
feet through the next few days. Small craft operators and sea bathers should
exercise caution.
