WILLEMSTAD – The murder suspect Julie Alberto Guerrero, known by his nickname “Kuchi”, has still not been arrested.
On April 30, the police already asked the population for help to arrest the man. He is suspected of involvement in a murder committed on September 27, 2016 at Werner Mingeli on Erosweg.
According to local newspapers, he is also suspected of a murder at Campo Alegre where three people died. Kuchi is now on the international search list of Interpol.
