PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten – Located in Madame Estate, Aleeze Convention Center and Event Hall is now open. Founded by the Chief Executive Officer of Xtratight Entertainment, Bertaux “Mr. Rude” Fleming the establishment was officially opened on Thursday night, during a ceremony attended by several invited guests. Also, on hand for the lively opening ceremony were among others, members of the Council of Ministers including the Honorable Prime Minister of Sint Maarten, Silveria Jacobs.
During the ceremony marking the official opening of the business, persons in attendance had high lots of praise for Mr. Rude. A sentiment also echoed by the Honorable Prime Minister, Silveria Jacobs. “Congratulations to Bertaux “Mr. Rude” Fleming. I think he is one of the examples of Sint Maarteners who never quit, who never give up and look for opportunities and that is definitely what we promote here on Sint Maarten,” the Prime Minister said.
She added: “To see him grow from strength to strength is something that we applaud as government and we are happy to be here and that is commendable that we took time to come here to celebrate the opening of “Aleeze” the launch of the wonderful venue, which is been missing on Sint Maarten for quite a while.”
Meanwhile, the Honorable Minister of Education, Culture, Youth and Sport, drs. Rodolphe Samuel, whilst complementing Mr. Mr. Rude Fleming, expounded on the significance of the venue for Sint Maarten and its inhabitants.
“This is an example of someone who will tell you it is possible only if you want it badly enough. Minister Samuel continued: “Mr. Rude Fleming, this fraction of your ability that you are giving to Sint Maarten at this time is appreciated and for this, we say thank you and thank you again.”
“There are lots of things I have learnt over the past years when it comes to dreams. I believe they are important because if you devalue your dreams, you can rest assured that the world won’t raise the price,” the founder of Aleeze Bertaux “Mr. Rude” Fleming told invited guests.
He also acknowledged the contribution of his mother and father and by extension, his grand-parents for his achievements. “I walk the way I walk because of my parents and grand-parents. They are respectable people.” About his goal for the establishment, he said: “My vision for Aleeze…. Aleeze must become the entertainment center of the Caribbean.”
