Presidente “We Jamming still “… Benefit concert collected over $6000 in donations

PHILIPSBURG, St. Maarten - Last Sunday our successful event Presidente “We Jammin Still “ raised over $6000 in monetary donations to the following NGO’s; Red Cross, K1 Brittania , SXM Youth Brigade and the We Can Give Foundation.

The monies raised came mainly from the Presidente beer sales , Buccaneer Beach bar rounded the amount up of $5000, and where as Domino’s Pizza sold slices of pizza and donated 40% of their sales valued at $1052, totaling $6052 US Dollars.

The event was coordinated through Kalaboom Events, Buccaneer Beach Bar, and Presidente beer distributed by CC1 St.Maarten.

The people of St.Maarten were indeed ready for a powered day full of entertainment and the event delivered to its fullest expectations.

The line-up included performances by King Verse, King James, King Rumer, and DJ Blaze, DJ EM, DJ Vybz , DJ Lil R and MCSoHype, Trilogy out of St.Maarten , Exodus HD and Ultimate Rejects with their hit single “ We Jamming still…” .

Two lucky winners were chosen, Curt Fraser and Claudia Proctor ,to attend the Presidente Festival in Santo Dominog this November.Airfare and hotel completes the prize package and each winner can invite one friend to join them on this epic trip.International artist such as Justin Timberlake,Enrique Iglesias and Ricky Martin are scheduled to perform during the Presidente Festival.The winners were selected from over the 5000 people that attended the Presidente “ We Jammin Still” Benefit Concert last Sunday.
