PHILIPSBURG - The court of first instance has ordered, on November 23 of this year, the Netherlands Antilles to pay a total sum of 10.000 Naf to the two men from Sri Lanka, that were recently sent back to their country after spending more than 6 months on the floor of the holding cells at the local police station in Philipsburg, an additional 3800 NAF has to be paid by the authorities for legal fees and courtcosts.
