ST. JOHN’S, Antigua - In response to concerns raised by members of the travelling public that industrial action by LIAT pilots could disrupt regional travel on Tuesday 01st December 2009, the airline’s management wishes to assure customers that it has no reason to believe that its flights would not be operating as scheduled.
PHILIPSBURG - Regional airline, Windward Islands Airline Winair has announced that it would be terminating the route St. Maarten to Anguilla with effect from December 1, 2009.

According to Vice President of Marketing, Claudio Buncamper, this is as a result of the airline suffering significant looses for the past several months, losses which the airline is unable to continue to sustain.

WILLEMSTAD — A refueling stop at the crack of dawn this morning at Hato announced the establishment of Air Comet on the island.
