Caribbean Shorts Competition
Filmmakers from Curaçao, Aruba, St Maarten, BES, and Suriname are invited to enter a short film (min. 3 and max. 20 minutes) into this competition through the submission form on www.curacaoiffr.com. Contrary to previous editions of the short film competition, it is no longer required to make a film based on an assigned genre or theme. Commercials or music videos are not allowed.
From these entries, one (1) film will be selected to continue in the competition and be nominated for the Caribbean Shorts Award.
The six cooperating festivals will also each submit one film into the competition.
Thus, a total of seven (7) films will be nominated and compete for the Award.
