PHILIPSBURG - the search for the person responsible for Friday's bomb scare at the Princess Juliana International Airport (PJIA) is still on.

Public Prosecutor Reink Mudd stated on Sunday that their initial investigation did not yield the desired result however the investigation will pick up steam on Monday February 22nd 2010.

Mudd stated that the bomb scare proved to be an expensive prank and that the person responsible will have to pay for all of the damages that was incurred as a result of their actions.

After 5pm on Friday afternoon the authorities received a call which stated that a bomb was at the airport. This resulted in the airport initiating their emergency contingency plans, shutting down the entire terminal, securing life and equipment.

Shortly before the scare, Prime Minister Emily de jong El Hague and a delegation including murder suspect koeiman, departed on board an Insel Air flight to Curacao.
