videomediamaike_sno_698365dHOLLAND - Maikel Sno who was wanted for the murder of Ishmael Gumbs of St. Maarten, gave himself up to the police on Tuesday.

In an exclusive interview with the Telegraaf Newspaper Sno stated, " I have slept very badly but I have decided to clean up my Act. His brief statement came when he went to the door of the families of Ishmael Gumbs, who he killed on the 21st of September 2009.

" I would like to say to his family and his wife that I am so sorry, "says Sno, who in recent days delivered a comprehensive statement to the reporters of the Telegraph. He decided to sign them him self according to his lawyer attorney Richard van der Weide.

Attorney Richard van der Weide also stated that all questions relating to it will be open and honest.

In order for society to maintain some form of order within its borders laws such
as capital punishment was insitituted. We can debate the issue all day long but
fact is that laws have become to lenient for the sake of Human Rights, and what
about the families of those killed? are they too not human and have rights?

Don't states and territories with capital punishment or the death penalty also
experience murders, nonetheless? Look around you: St. Kitts, Jamaica, Texas,
etc. This proves your primary statement wrong.
Some argument, however, can be
found in the words of the Bible "an eye for an eye". The family was the
one to carry out that task, not the state.
We claim to be Christians, don't

i agree with you and ask the same question what about the families of those who
were killed and human rights are for some but not for all that's my opinionbc
some get severe punishment and others get a gold medal some are praised for
doing wrong while others are condemed but than again that's the "stupid"
law it should give all those criminals an extreme punishment and NO time off for
having spent so many time behind bars
they should spend the rest of their
murdering lifes in jail

how in hell someone has the courage to kill another. how is my sister going to
explain to her son why his dad is not around? she is sufering so much. having
the one she love killed in front of her. i hope justice is served.
