PHILIPSBURG - The issue of gay marriages in the Dutch Windward Islands is heating up with the response from the Minister of Education Omayra Leeflang on the subject.

She stated that if gay marriages are to be allowed, then all of the social benefits that are not applicable here should also become applicable.

Gonzalo Cuales of Z86 radio in Curacao reports.

No thank you very much but we will not have that here. People please speak out
against this "dutch practice". NOT FOR US. Because they sneeze at us, we
are obliged to catch their cold? Sorry, not here.

We have to speak out not from the keyboard only, but a day of
man-ifestation.
Spiritual leaders sitting within their comfort professing to be
man and woman of God or speaking in the name of God must take their stand and
should easily rallied their congregations and rake a lead for righteousness
sake. Since this issue challenge the very principals of God. whom they the
church say; they come in His name.(2faces and cowardly and wanting to be
politically correct folks. My reason for going so strong against these churches
lack of initiative is due to the fact,they are not walking in their professed
title as people of light. The church is the morale compass of any society.(or
supposed to be)

Homosexuality is wrong no doubt about that but when i read in 1CORINTHIANS
6:9+10 there are so many other evils that is not accepted by God and for sure
will not enter into his Kingdom, so when are we going to bash the greedy
buisinesmen in our midst the lovers of money, the liars, the thieves the
government officials who commit adultery in front of all, the drunkard and i can
go on and on pls. my folks dont be fooled whatever a man sew that he will reap
dont only pick on the homos, what about prostitution is that big Orange building
in sucker garden accepted by God I doubt.
