PHILIPSBURG, St. Maarten – El Tribunal de la Primera Instancia se ha puesto del lado de la Fiscalía para mantener al agente de la policía J.L.V.G. (42) bajo custodia por 60 días adicionales, como sospechoso en la investigación WHALE.

J.L.V.G. es sospechoso de soborno, falsificación de documentos y violación de la confidencialidad. Otros dos sospechosos fueron arrestados y escuchados por los Detectives Nacionales, mientras se realizarán más arrestos y se escuchan más testigos esta investigación continua ya que  que está en pleno apogeo.

Esta investigación es dirigida por los Detectives Nacionales y supervisada por el Ministerio Público. El sospechoso se encuentra bajo custodia restrictiva, lo que significa que solo puede tener contacto con su abogado. Esta medida se estima necesaria en el interés de la investigación
