WILLEMSTAD – The military court in Arnhem, the Netherlands has sentenced a 32-year-old (former) Marechaussee (Royal Military) for deliberately violating his oath of secrecy.
The man worked as a guard at the Schiphol border guard and passed on license plate information to the criminal group of Curaçaoan Gwenette Martha.
Gwenette was murdered in 2014. The former Marechaussee received 180 days in jail, of which 109 days conditionally. And he must serve a community service sentence of 100 hours.
