Coast Guard Cutter Panther hits fishing boat to help. This morning at dawn, the Coast Guard cutter Panther has shot to help a fishing boat.

BES Islands - Around 8:10 pm, the Coast Guard Support Center of Aruba received a notification that a fishing boat, the "Michali 'had engine trouble and was drifting. After the position of the vessel was determined, the cutter Panter tore equal to render assistance.

The 'Michali' was found around 9:20 pm on nine (9) miles west of Manor Beach with three (3) persons on board.

Using the RHIB, the dinghy Panther, the crew to 'Michali "danger to see if they could assist. It turned out that the tube of the reverse clutch piece was a result of which the vessel is no longer had propulsion.

The crew of the Panther then decided to take the vessel in tow, towards Paardenbaai, where she later safely moored. The help provided was much appreciated by the crew of the 'Michali.
