Winds:
Easterly and gentle to moderate; force 3 to 4 (11 to 30 km/h, 7 to 16 knots). Occasionally variable and light to moderate; force 2 to 4 (7 tot 30 km/h, 4 tot 16 knots).Mainly during the day and in showers, occasionally fresh to possibly strong in gust; force 5 to 6 (31 to 50 km/h, 17 to 27 knots).

Synopsis:
Tropical Storm Harvey is located within our local region and continues to move in westward direction during the next 24 hours. Therefore, cloudiness asociated with this disturbance will continue to pass over our island and generate light to possibly heavy showers with a risk of thunder. Furthermore, tropical storm force winds are not expected due to most weather activity, including tropical storm winds, concentrating North of our local area.

Sea conditions:
Generally moderate with wave heights between 1 to 2 meter (3 to 7 feet). Sea conditions in the North will become occasionally quite rough.

Tropical Storm Harvey is located within our local region and continues to move in westward direction with most weather activity North of our island. The meteorological service will continue to monitor this tropical weather system closely.
